  • Great spot- room to open bag to remove rain gear and re-close. Eduardo was welcoming and helpful in very fluent English. They were open longer than posted hours. There is a spacious public toilet on the corner. Location is very convenient. Highly recommended

  • For a baggage storage service, this is very good. Book storage on the “Bounce” app as the owner himself says online bookings get a 10% discount (this is actually a 10% return to be used on subsequent bookings). A bit difficult to find as it is run by a cafe. The gent will tag your bags with numbers. Take a photo of your tagged bags for your own record. Ot took less than 5 minutes to check in and 5 minutes to check out. Too easy. I would not use the “automated” luggage service that is 2-3 doors further down the corridor.

  • Great location in Via Faenza, 5 min walking from SMN central train station and 8 min walking to the Duomo. The bags were tagged and stowed properly and the space was clean. It is a computer shop very easy to find. I gave my bags 10 minutes ahead of time and I was not charged extra. Staff was helpful and helped with stowing my bags. Make sure to do the payment online before giving your bags(even 5 minutes before) as the staff will check your QR code when you will give and when you will collect your bag. It is cheaper than other luggage stowages in the area. I totally reccomend if you want to enjoy Firenze hands free!

  • Easy to find. Staff were easy to communicate with. They tag your bags and store them on the back. They give you a numbered card that you later return in exchange for your bags. All good. So much easier than carrying bags around all day. 🤩
