We received a very friendly welcome and they were very helpful and even arranged a taxi for us to the airport. All in all, very pleasant. We had to look for the address for a while because it is in the back of the building/yard, but once you know where it is, it is very easy. Thank you for the great service.

We had lunch here and it was delicious. We also stored our luggage here and did so with no problem. They even treated us to a cappuccino as a way to say "thank you" for our business and helped us with our bags to the taxi. Will definitely visit them again.

Amazing service. Lovely staff

We had a tour planned in Florence for a full day and had to checkout of our apartment - leaving us with a situation - where can we check luggage close by the apartment and pick up later in the day. This place was fabulous - the folks were great communicators and all went exactly as we had hoped. I will say it felt odd leaving my bags at a pizzeria but the service was perfect. Thanks!
