Ideal location if you're visiting the Accademia Gallery and can't leave your bags at the apartment/hotel beforehand, as it's right in front of the entrance. The guy served us very kindly, and everything went very quickly.

Luggage was placed in a secure area. Quick service and attentive staff. I was treated to a complimentary glass of cold water. And in this hot weather, that was appreciated.

The service available through Carrefour or other correspondents is very useful, as it increases the number of luggage storage locations close to the places you need.

Bounce was a hidden gem for us when trying to find a place to keep our luggage when we arrived to enjoy the day before getting our apartment. Marco was excellent to deal with and very kind and helpful that we used the Bounce service again on our last day to hold our luggage again for the day. Hassle free with restaurant and snacks at his shop. I will use Bounce from now on. Thanks Marko in Florence:)

Absolutely the best luggage storage experience in Florence! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is super convenient—right in the heart of the city and close to major attractions and transport. They kindly allowed us to relax in the hotel lobby, use the restrooms, and even helped us call a taxi when we were ready to leave. Everything was smooth, safe, and hospitable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free place to store bags while exploring the city!
