I highly recommend using this location for storing luggage in Florence. It is a 2 to 3 minute walk from the bus station and the attendants were very respectful and gracious.

Great spot- room to open bag to remove rain gear and re-close. Eduardo was welcoming and helpful in very fluent English. They were open longer than posted hours. There is a spacious public toilet on the corner. Location is very convenient. Highly recommended

We left our luggage for a few hours next to Santa María Noella station; it was convenient and quick. It was the best price in the area of ​​all the places we checked: 2 backpacks and 1 carry-on suitcase for €13.

Easy access and a very warm welcome

For a baggage storage service, this is very good. Book storage on the “Bounce” app as the owner himself says online bookings get a 10% discount (this is actually a 10% return to be used on subsequent bookings). A bit difficult to find as it is run by a cafe. The gent will tag your bags with numbers. Take a photo of your tagged bags for your own record. Ot took less than 5 minutes to check in and 5 minutes to check out. Too easy. I would not use the “automated” luggage service that is 2-3 doors further down the corridor.
