  • The 2 women running the cafe were great. They verified our QR code and gave us luggage tag receipts. The whole process took 2 minutes. The same on picking up the luggage 5 hours later. Worked exactly as advertised.

  • Despite being hard to find (don’t trust the location of the Bounce storage facility, look for the caffe), it was great to be able to drop our bags here for a bit while we explored Pitti Palace before heading to the train station.

  • Hassle-free baggage drop-off, combined with a nice breakfast on-site, good coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice. When we were picked up, a staff member called a taxi to the airport for us, which arrived promptly. Thank you. Excellent service.

  • It’s great that you can get coffee when you’re dropping off your luggage. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the person at the counter was busy texting and didn’t look up for a significant amount of time. But once we started the procedure, everything went smoothly. We came back for lunch and by then everybody was very friendly.
