- They took all my details, scanned the luggage (meaning everything else stored there was safe), and took it to the back to store out of sight. Easy to drop off, easy to pick back up!

- The staff were very helpful and informative. However your claim that you cannot just walk in and pay is untrue. We paid a 50% premium to book through Bounce. We only needed 6 hours and did not need to prebook.
