The store is right outside Glasgow Central Station which is very convenient for drop off and pick up.

Seems secure, but they should make you take photo of card instead of keeping the card as it might get lost

A perfect drop off and collection and only 2-3 mins walk from Queen Street Station. Highly recommended.

Really helpfull, we had been let down by our hotel at the last minute and needed somewhere to leave our bags as we couldn't take them to Hampden park, the shop was open late, so collection was no problem

It was very easy to drop off and pick up our bags. The location was close to our Airbnb.

The location was excellent, and delivery and collection were easy. The only problem was that my reservation and name weren't registered on their platform, and my phone battery was dead, so I couldn't scan the QR code. I had also printed the QR code with my reservation to avoid these last-minute problems, but it wouldn't read the printed QR code either. They need to improve these processes because we can't live constantly worrying about our phones having battery.

it was easy to find and easy to aceess, on pick up the personnel could not find the second piece of luggage for a couple minutes, but it wasn't super long and they figured it eventually

Location feels good. Bags initially feel somewhat unsecure, placed on floor near entrance but quickly whisked away to secure place behind the shop.
