Very kind people at the shop, super helpful. Very neat and tidy shop. It was a 5-7 min walk from queen street station but worth the stroll.

It was very easy to drop off and pick up our bags. The location was close to our Airbnb.

Everything was great! They accepted our luggage without any problems and we picked it up at the agreed time. Very quick and it allowed us to explore the city a bit without carrying the weight.

The shop was easy to find, the salesperson was friendly, and the bags were stored in the basement where customers couldn't access them. Drop-off and pick-up were quick and easy.
