It was really helpful to read the other reviews to clarify what business I was looking for since there wasn't any Bounce official signage. After that is was a relatively straightforward interaction. After scanning my booking code, they instructed me to take a picture of a baggage number card for me to to show when picking up. I was in a rush to get my bag and the pick up process was a breeze.

My bag was returned safely. The pick up was efficient with a designated staff member on at that time 2.30-3pm. You may have to wait a few minutes until there are no customers if there is only one staff member on as there was at drop off for me as this is a busy convenience store. Times are hard and be kind and help this business along with patience.
