We had a very kind lady at the luggage drop-off. The luggage was secured. However, when we picked it up, we had a gentleman who was not at all friendly, even very rude—no hello or goodbye!

everything went smoothly, but the guy forgot to check-me-out even when i picked up my bags 30 minutes early

Couldn't have been easier! Only needed storage for a couple of hours but was no bother.

Clean and comfortable (there were 12 of us in the room and everything went very well. Big downside for the only toilet to share for 20 people... (which is also in the same room as the shower).
