It was really helpful to read the other reviews to clarify what business I was looking for since there wasn't any Bounce official signage. After that is was a relatively straightforward interaction. After scanning my booking code, they instructed me to take a picture of a baggage number card for me to to show when picking up. I was in a rush to get my bag and the pick up process was a breeze.
