Went in and just said we were here to drop off our luggage with our Bounce reservation. No issues at the store whatsoever. Returned to the store and showed my receipt to receive the luggage back, very easy and no issues. Great service for anyone who has a late flight back home!

It was very easy to find the spot, reserve space and pay (all done online). When we arrived to drop off our luggage, the people were very courteous and quick. When we returned to pickup our bags everything was very good again.
