It is convenient but hard to find in the beginning. I booked online and it is located in a breakfast place. We had our breakfast there before the cruise.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They quickly showed us to the locked storage location. Our bags were exactly as we left them when we returned.

Mike at Dip and Happy was very helpful, checked us in immediately, and led us to the secure storage location. He even gave us tips on local attractions for our post-cruise day in Tampa. Bag retrieval was equally fast and easy, and the food and coffee were great. Thanks Mike!

The experience of leaving our luggage here worked out fantastic. And you have to stop in and try the food also. We had a great lunch there and toured the River Walk while our luggage was tucked away and safe for us to pick up before heading to the airport.

Owner of the business was kind and helpful. Bonus that the restaurant itself was great. It was nice to grab a quick and delicious bite before strolling down to the River Walk and Art Museum.

They were SO accommodating and kind. The food was AMAZING too!

Unlike other locations indicated in Bounce, this one is real and accompanied by very nice fellows! Additionally, it is a restaurant (Dip and Happy). Grab a coffee before you go!

The confirmation that I took my bags wasn't working very well, and I didn't actually confirm until I got to the airport. It would have been great if I didn't need to download an entire app just to press a button. My overall experience was good. The staff were so lovely and helpful! The food was great and I felt comfortable leaving my suitcases there while I went for a wander
