The manager was very personable and everything went very smooth.

They were great they held our family luggage for 5hrs! I wish it was longer we had a late flight. We were traveling on Saturday the hrs are shorter. This is a awesome service!

Left our luggage at UPS for the day after our cruise while we went to the Aquarium in Tampa. So quick and easy! Picked it up later and had our Uber pick us up right there and off to the airport we went! Was really nice not to have to drag suitcases all over town . And the two workers at the UPS store were fantastic! Very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Service was great and it was a quick walk from the terminal.

Location is close to the cruise terminal, less than half a mile away. Dropping off and picking up the luggage was easy. Luggage was taken to an employee’s only section of the store. Staff were super friendly. I definitely recommend!

This was my first time using bounce and it was extremely easy and a safe way to store your luggage in an unknown location.

Our large group held our luggage (10 bags) at La Familia Pawn & Jewelry in Tampa and they were so sweet and helpful. We’re not familiar with Florida and it was kind of hard to find a storage place last minute. All of the staff were so nice to us, they even helped us bring our bags in from outside.
