- The actual location, which has 600 positive reviews, was closed for renovations. A sign in the window directed me to the next shop over. Upon entering, there were two people present: a salesman who could only speak in a slurred manner (either drugged up or extremely tired, or both), and a customer or friend. I was initially ignored, not even glanced at. The QR code was mechanically scanned, and my suitcase was whisked away to the back room. Zero communication! When I picked up my suitcase, the guy was still slurring his words, but now chatting with another customer, his head resting on the counter. A young woman was also present and handed me my suitcase. She, too, treated me like I was invisible. They seem to have some kind of system in the back room that allows them to locate and identify the suitcases. All in all, the service served its purpose, but a trustworthy experience should be completely different! After all, you're entrusting your belongings to these people...
