When you drop off your bags there is no check-in process or tags given. You take the bags yourself to the back storage room and drop it off. They let you know right off the bat that they are not responsible for any and all missing things and if there is an issue to contact Bounce directly. That part made us a little nervous but everything was still there 6 hours later. Good all around but just wish the check-in/out process was a bit more stringent.
