Then I found out about this place and used their service. It's only a 3-minute walk from the hotel, and although I dropped off my luggage early in the morning and picked it up late at night, the fact that they're open 24 hours was a huge help. It seemed like there were many other suitcases stored there besides mine. When I made a reservation, they showed me a clear map, so I found the shop right away. There were no complicated procedures, and both dropping off and picking up my luggage were quick and easy. Thank you very much. It was extremely convenient.

When you drop off your bags there is no check-in process or tags given. You take the bags yourself to the back storage room and drop it off. They let you know right off the bat that they are not responsible for any and all missing things and if there is an issue to contact Bounce directly. That part made us a little nervous but everything was still there 6 hours later. Good all around but just wish the check-in/out process was a bit more stringent.
