It was amazing, we arrived, showed the QR code, and it was super quick to drop off our bags, and retrieving them was just as easy. We loved the store and how convenient it was.

Best place to check your luggage. A reservation is required in their website. Staffs are very friendly.

We needed a place to safely store our backpack so we could go up to the Rockefeller Center (we had a multi-tool with us 🤦). Not exactly cheap but very close, complicated to book via QR code and friendly staff.

Very professional and helpful. They were a lifesaver trouble shooting the app while I was rushing to an event that didn’t allow bags!

We used this after landing in NYC since it was close to Grand Central Station. It was quick, easy, reasonable and reliable. Will use again and highly recommend.

This is an unusual luggage drop as there is not any signage, but the folks at the deli were super helpful and very nice. I'd totally recommend this for anyone having to store their luggage for a few hours at Penn Station!

Excellent , was perfect for dumping the suitcases for 4 hrs before our flight . Grabbed a delicious bacon cheese and egg sandwich and a coffee aswell . Lovely lady sorted us out

Booked online and downloaded the app to manage my reservation. We were arriving via Penn station and wanted to explore the city. This deli was easy to find and the staff were nice. I had to adjust my pick up time by 1 hour and the app allowed me to change it. We ended eating a sub there before departing to airport. Luggage was safe and will use them again. Note-it’s a 3 minute walk from Penn Station as long as you use the doors labeled “8th Ave and 31st Ave”

Super convenient. A great way to stash luggage if you want to run around the city for the day.

I was surprised that this is a restaurant not a shop, but since they have a coat check, it makes sense that they use it as a luggage check during the seasons that coats don't take up space.

Amazing experience.I had a layover at Newark and was ableto explore NYC without the hassle of my bags. I just wish it was possible to leave them at the airport instead of carrying it all the way to Penn station. Friendly service where I dropped them off and easy to do the booking

The bags didn’t feel really secure at drop off and I went back around 45 min later to grab a cord to charge my phone and the bags were still sitting basically out in the open. When we picked up, the bags were in a more secure location which was nice.

The UPS store was a great spot to drop our luggage for later train departure from Penn Station. The one minor issue we had was the Bounce app let us reserve w/ 8 pieces of luggage yet the store said they could only process up to 6 pieces. Otherwise it was a great and easy process.
