This is a great service to those who arrive (very) early to NY and can't check into their AirBNB or hotel. Safe place to store your luggage or backpacks so you don't have to haul your personal belongings around NY. We didn't know such thing existed. Anthony (owner) was top notch and very accommodating.

So grateful to have this service, especially on a high humidity, hot rainy day. We were able to go to the museum, shops & Central Park without dragging our bags along with us. The customer service was great.

Felt like the bags could be a bit better secured, especially bags that are easily tampered with like backpacks. If bags could be placed away from customers of the laundry business and the restroom, that would be ideal.

Its in the nail salon - just get the cheapest ticket as there is no lockers, you just leave it in the corner of the salon.

Highly enjoyed this place! Thank you to the wonderful women who work here. The bags were stored in the open but in a secure corner. It felt very safe, the women were amazing and even allowed us to change in one of their rooms. Huge thanks!!!

Friendly people. Good experience. I wished they have a store room for luggage so it's not easily accessible to salon customers. But as long as no valuables in your luggage, you're in good hands.

Easy to find, people there are vey gentle and store remain open till 7:30pm.

Great experience. I was worried at first because the luggage was not secured in a closet or anything. We put our luggage in a corner in the back of a nail salon and were told “don’t worry, it’s safe” we were out all day and came back and the luggage was exactly as we left it.
