10/10! Super helpful, kind, protective of your things and a great spot to sit and grab some essentials for the day.

We were touring NYU, and had to go to the airport right after, and could not be dragging suitcases with us. We used the service and specifically this location because it is close to NYU and it has great reviews. I’m here to agree with previous reviewers! This experience was amazing. Professional and safe. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Nice area. Service was above standard and Iwas able to get in and out of there fast without any problems.

Easy drop off and pickup. Was worried at first to just drop off our bags but it was all good and safe. And the food there is great!

The area was full of people trying to sell bags and was a bit hectic but the store itself and the service was fantastic.

The guys were so nice and the store itself was so clean. Very easy . I felt confident leaving our luggage there while we walked around China town and Little Italy

Friendly staff at the luggage store, with a very smooth drop-off/pickup process after they confirmed my pre booking through Bounce. Luggage stored in a side room where it seems only employees have access and the gentlemen at the desk confirmed I understood the store's opening hours for pickup. Central location well situated near many subway lines, but note that during the daytime sidewalks may be quite crowded with the informal street merchants - budget more walking time than you think you need!

The location is a laundry/dry cleaning business. It was slightly difficult to find using Google maps (the app pointed to the wrong side of the building). The staff is very friendly and courteous. I wish they'd provide tags to better identify our bags even though my bag was returned just as I left it without any issues. If I'm in the area, I'd use it again.

Easy quick and efficient. Also the general feel of the place and the owner gave me good confidence our stuff was safe.

Great service, perfect handoff and pickup!

The drop off was very convenient and easy to find. They did not put any tags on the bags (like other Bounce places) but we received our bags back in perfect shape. We are very pleased and will use this location again.
