They even let me re-arrange my luggage upon pickup because it was pouring rain outside, and I had acquired a number of books at NYCC that needed to be placed inside my hard shell luggage to keep from being ruined. I misjudged the time and had to get to JFK. As it was I still miss my plane. :( but due to no fault of the helpful smoke shop which tried to store by bag.
