I arrived in New York at 7 AM, with plenty of time before my 4 PM hotel check-in. Leaving my bags at the hotel wasn’t an option, seeing piles of luggage behind the front desk in plain sight of the public didn’t exactly scream “secure.” This small business I picked from Bounce was close to my hotel in the Chelsea area. Walkable from PENN station and multiple subway stations. The staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel like my belongings were in safe hands. Their storage system is tucked away at the back, ensuring security and peace of mind. The process to drop off and retrieve my luggage was easy, seamless and efficient! The location was in a safe area, and I found lots of amazing coffee shops and attractions to enjoy while knowing my luggage was secure. If you’re in NYC, close to PENN station and Chelsea and need a reliable spot to store your bags. Pick this place, I highly recommend it.

Separate from Bounce this is probably the nicest most buttoned up hardware store I’ve ever been to. The staff is super knowledgeable and very nice always, feel comfortable having my packages delivered with them.

Super easy to check luggage and it was safe until I needed to pick it up.

Very quick, efficient, and friendly. I’ve never had to store my bag for a day in the past, but I will definitely use this location in the future should the need arise. I felt like my belongings were very secure.

The staff were absolutely lovely, very easy dropoff and pickup. Will definitely be stopping by again for Bounce services--and some of that delicious-smelling food!!
