Luggage storage Penn Station

It was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much! I found out about it on TikTok and I was able to go to the Knicks Watch game without having to go all the way back to Brooklyn. I loved it and the location I choose was PERFECT! Their staff was very sweet and a great stop for snacks or a meal. I will definitely use it again!

I felt my bags were safe. Service was very welcoming and courteous. I will use them again when I have bags in the city. to store before I catch a train.

Stuff at the counter of the store directly asked whether I was storing luggage. The process was staight forward. It greatly added convenience to my travel to NYC! Would recommend.

All went smoothly. A 3 min walk from Penn Station, a convenient location.

The lady was patient and very accommodating. The young man who took our backpacks and carry-on suitcases was very nice. The storage location felt very secure. Drop-off and pick-up were straightforward and quick.

The staff was nice, it was our first time so when we were showed a different bag with our tag so we got worried that what if someone else took our bag with them. But all in all our bag was safe and our things are complete.

We arrived from Montreal on the night bus, which dropped us off in NYC at 4:30 am instead of 6:30 am. It was a real treat to be greeted at the Deli and Juice Bar, which is open 24/7. We changed our arrival time through the app at no extra charge—it was simple, quick, and efficient! Receiving our luggage was just as fast. We even received a credit for a future reservation without even realizing it! We highly recommend both the app and the establishment.

Everything was very quick, both delivery and pickup. Friendly staff, even though they don't speak Spanish, and it's just a stone's throw from Penn Station.
