The staff at the location were helpful and efficient. The inside isn’t the cleanest but I had no worry about leaving my bag because of the staff. They are all around good people and running a smooth operation. I’d definitely re-use this location!

Very friendly staff, they give you a number for your luggage/bags. You take a picture and they take it. When you come back you show them the picture and they bring your luggage. Will definitely use this place again.

Amazing staff. I was very confused at first because I didn’t see a sign for Bounce outside, but it is inside the Deli. It’s also open 24/7 which is great.

Was very impressed with how smooth of a process this was.

We were a little worried about entrusting our luggage to a young man who was taking it to the basement of this Indian grocery store that we couldn't see, without providing proof of deposit, but we got everything back in good condition.

No fuzz, come in , show the booking, put a tag on, take a picture and leave.

The staff were great , really helpful service. Can’t thank them enough
