Was our first time using Bounce and would highly recommend it. App booking very easy to use. Drop off was at Deli & Juice bar 5 mins walk from Penn Station. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was the day of The Day ever! LOL! New York Knicks Parade Day!!!! I dropped my bag off got some great food from the same place! When I returned my bag was just as I left it!!! Shout Out to 'Deli & Juice Bar' on 8th Ave. NYC!!!

Effortless. As a first time user of Bounce, I can only say “where have you been?” Had four hours between vacating a Chelsea NY rental and the transfer to JFK. Found Bounce via Google and went for it. Slick booking process, good interaction at drop off location. Easy. In NY with 4 granddaughters for a vacation. Checking in 6 cases freed us to walk the Highline and explore Hudson Yards, before a quick trip to Macy’s. It was like adding an extra day to the holiday. Well done Bounce.

Plenty of positive New York attitude on arrival at store with my booking reference. Cases were labelled, logged and placed in a secure area I minutes. Pickup was equally easy. First time using Bounce. Hadn’t heard of it before. Great experience. Will recommend to family and friends.

Great place to store luggage. Very helpful and friendly.

The process was easy. Reserve, pay, drop-off, retrieve. As advertised, the location was fairly close to Penn Station, however, navigating the sidewalks with multiple bags can be challenging. If memory serves me correctly, the shop was maybe 4-5 blocks away. Soooo, if you have mobility issues a taxi/Uber may be preferred...My friend is awaiting knee replacement surgery and complained that the walk bothered her knee. The service is a great benefit to travelers. I HIGHLY recimmend BOUNCE and would definitely use it again!!!

We used this Bounce location for storing our luggage for a few hours. Very friendly and helpful, only a few blocks from Penn station. Will definitely use again if in the area.
