I had never used this service. When my niece told me about it I was skeptical, but this deli near Penn Stn had friendly, communicative and helpful staff. Everything was safe and sound! Even my electronics!

We had 8 hours in NYC and chose to leave our bags so we could roam. The location was in a deli, and was close to Penn station and easy to find. The people were friendly, and served great food! Would definitely do this again!

They handled my bag respectfully and carefully. 10/10 recommend. One suggestion tho is to have a sign in the window so I can find the location easier. I didn’t realize it was in a deli.
