Was very impressed with how smooth of a process this was.

We were a little worried about entrusting our luggage to a young man who was taking it to the basement of this Indian grocery store that we couldn't see, without providing proof of deposit, but we got everything back in good condition.

No fuzz, come in , show the booking, put a tag on, take a picture and leave.

The staff were great , really helpful service. Can’t thank them enough

I always choose this place to leave my luggage. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is great.

Convenient, quick, we had no problems having our luggage stored.

It's very simple: after booking through the app, you arrive and show them the number of bags you need stored. You receive a numbered tag for each bag and attach it to your luggage. You take a photo of your bags with the tag and leave (someone will move everything to the store's basement as soon as you're gone). When you want to retrieve your luggage, you show them the photo of your suitcases with their numbers, and someone will retrieve them. Quick and efficient.

Pleasant and nice staff, accessible place and overall, even though it is a delicatessen and not a place to store things neatly, it was a very good experience. It is advisable to organize a neat ramp for the guy who loads and unloads the luggage, he works too hard! Thank you
