Perfect location if you're taking a train from Penn Station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Luggage is monitored while in storage and checked upon release, which is very reassuring. Convenient and reliable service; I highly recommend it.

Easy to find - corner location. Accessable by ramp. Greeted at counter and bags were handled in seconds. Great bounce spot just a block away from Penn Station.

Easy, hassle free, and only two blocks from Penn Station. The staff was friendly and helpful and my luggage was very safe. Retrieval was just as easy as drop off, 2 minutes and I was on my way.

Thanks to this luggage drop off spot, I was able to make it from LaGuardia airport to a concert at MSG in time. It’s onky a couple minutes away from Penn Station and MSG! All of the employees there were very nice, and it’s a great little Deli for grabbing food and drinks at too. Great experience all around. : )

I checked in at the store's register and took a picture of the tag attached to my bag. The staff took my bag down to the basement for storage. To pick it up, I went down to the basement, found my bag, and showed the staff the picture of the tag. The staff then carried my suitcase up the stairs from the basement.

Very easy check in and check out. Luggage in perfect conditions, and great sandwiches. Thanks.

First time using Bounce…. I was a little sus since there were not lockers, but Mina and here team were awesome! Bags were perfectly safe so we could enjoy NYC without our bags and pick them up on the way to Penn station. Totally recommend!

My Bounce experience was positive. It was easy to find the drop off spot a 5-min walk from Penn Station, and when I got there the people were friendly and efficient. I will be using Bounce again as I travel a lot and often create day-long layovers so as to connect with friends and enjoy the places I pass through.

Some of the staff are Latino, very friendly, and it's only two blocks from the train and subway station, a very convenient spot to start and end any tourist route 🌟
