Pretty easy drop off and pickup. The store had a Bounce flag outside so it was easy to spot.

Great location, easy to book, and find. It is close to Moynihan Train Hall, the High Line Connector path, and Hudson Yards. The staff was helpful and overall the process was very easy to navigate. Definitely download the app and look for the Bounce flag outside.

I can't recommend this service enough- it was pretty easy to find, all the staff thatvworked at the store were super friendly and cool, and I was able to come back later to grab something out of my bag and then come back super late at night. They're open 24/7. Great option if coming to the city and need to stash your stuff.

The place is only 3min by walk from Moynihan Hall at Penn Station. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's convenient for luggage retrieval and is the closest to PENN Station.

I use this business all of the time when visiting NY The staff is extremely friendly and professional! I have never ever had a problem with storing my items here and would highly recommend choosing them based on location and convenience to Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, & the Patrick Moniyhan Station! Consistently the best luggage storage in town

So easy and location is unbeatable if you are coming from or going to Amtrak.

I’ve been to dozens of Biunce locations throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan. This is hands down and by far the best spot. Kind, safe, good location next to Penn Station. Good drinks in store. Open 24 hour. Accommodating. But the best part are the guys at the counter. Made my really bad week of work way better. It’s my new favorite shop for drinks and luggage drop off.

Bounce is a Fantastic idea. I booked online, showed my QR code at this shop opposite my Bestbus pick up point. And then went to look around NY. Easy drop and pick up. Totally recommend it. Safe & Secure.
