We stored our luggage there to explore the city more comfortably. Everything went smoothly and was very easy. Its Cheap compared to others and close to the Penn Station! The staff were very friendly.

Perfect location

First time using Bounce; Everything went well. Great location by Penn Station.

I left it here and went to the Museum of Modern Art before heading to Fairfax, Vienna, Virginia. It was convenient. I didn't even know I needed to make a reservation in advance, so I just showed up and made a reservation online. Just for reference.

The staff were friendly, and there was a separate storage area for luggage inside the counter, so I felt safe. Since I could make reservations online in advance, I didn't have to worry about English, which was great.

I dropped off my luggage before going to NYC comic con and picked it up afterwards with no issues, it was simple and easy and i didn’t have to worry about my luggage for the day since i was going to leave right after the convention.
