Excellent service, they give the user a ticket to identify their suitcase and ask to take a photo of it. I found it safer than other Bounce locations. It is central, close to Madison Square and Penn Station, they close late, which was very convenient for me. They have good souvenirs, and there is a discount for being a Bounce user. Good service.

I went with this location based on other's reviews and highly recommend. They have a great and secure system for picking up and dropping off luggages. Close to our hotel and close to the subway, very convenient!

Everything was in perfect order. Our luggage was hidden at the back of the store, far from the entrance, in a place not visible from the outside. In summary, very safe, fast and efficient. I recommend :D

Seems very reputable. A photo and a code are required to collect the suitcases; the suitcases are not visible in the back office. We will book again.

Excellent service

I was honestly very worried about leaving my luggage somewhere that wasn’t a physical locker. However, the staff was super helpful and they literally had someone watching the bags at all times and there was no one getting back to those bags who wasn’t on staff, I felt very reassured when I left the store. They get you to take a picture of your bags they give you a ticket and they also write your name/information down, which added another level of security that I appreciated. This is a very short walk from Penn station and the 34th street subway is right down the block. Highly recommend!
