Thanks to the friendly staff, I was able to enjoy my luggage without worrying about the cold weather. Quick and easy process. I left my suitcases for 3 days and there were no problems.

The process was very quick — I was in and out in less than five minutes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

First time using bounce and the process was very simple and a great option for leaving your luggage while exploring the city.

Conveniently located inside the subway station, you can then go downstairs after picking up your luggage and take ‘E’ train which takes you to a connecting train to the airport, saved money cause uber is expensive to take to the airport! Staff was friendly and courteous :)

Super convenient place to store our bags while we walked around Manhattan. The sign for luggage storage is pretty small, so at first we weren't sure we were in the right place, but once we saw "Bounce" on the door, we were good to go. The staff was friendly and made the process quick and easy. Would definitely store bags there again.

It was recommended to me, and I Googled it, but it's easier if you download the app. It shows you nearby locations and which ones are open, lets you make a reservation instantly, and lets you drop off or pick up items before your scheduled time. Easy and fast.
