Great experience. The location (The Modernist Hotel) was very convenient, close to my hotel, and the staff were very friendly and professional, allowing me to organize my luggage in the hotel's beautiful and cozy space. The drop-off was quick and smooth, and I felt my bags were safe the whole time. The process was simple and efficient using only the Bounce website. I would definitely use it again.

Great location, nice store, was with a group of students and this was so helpful to leave bags for the day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had such a good experience on first day of trip, we went back and used them again for the last day.

Approx $10 per bag. Book online and show your code, or use the app. It was quick to drop off and pick up. I chose this over Amtrak luggage storage, which is $20 to $30 and always very slow.

This was a great place to leave our bags for a few hours. Very clean and nice spot as well as near shopping and the Frick and Asian Museums. Nice people. Easy pick up and drop off. Recommend this location!

This service is super-convenient to Penn Station, and managed courteously and competently. Pricing is more than fair.

The process was super easy. I recommend you take photos of your bags before you drop them off and show them the photos as you are giving them to Sunrise. They were very patient as we took our photos and it made pick up super easy. We enjoyed not lugging backpacks and a rolling suitcase all around the city.

Excellent. Perfect location, right in front of Penn Station. They took a photo and asked for the QR code when I dropped off and when I picked up my item. They were also very friendly.
