Friendly and trustworthy

This location felt much more secure than other Bounce sites I’ve used in the past. You have to take the elevator to the 14th floor and there are cameras around too. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would absolutely choose them again.

Even though it was in a guarded building, the location was super easy to get to. Also, the Kaede employee/manager we met was super welcoming and nice! I really appreciated his help and patience with us.

Super flat to store your luggage! Fair price and very nice contact on site. Highly recommended! Since it was raining when we picked up the luggage, we were helped by giving us a large garbage bag to protect the suitcase, which was very nice 👍

I was skeptical when i went inside the lobby and had to go to the 14th floor, which looked abandoned. Much to my surprise there it was just down the hall. The attended answered promptly and was very helpful explaining how it worked. Was pressed for time getting too my train. But within 2 minutes of ringing the bell my bag was back in my hands. Very, very helpful service!!
