  • This was the first time I was using a luggage storage facility like this and was concerned about the security of my items. This is located on the second floor in a studio, private studio and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The doorman for the building, Charlie, was amazing and even helped us find our Uber. Do not worry about leaving your luggage here.

  • This location felt much more secure than other Bounce sites I’ve used in the past. You have to take the elevator to the 14th floor and there are cameras around too. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would absolutely choose them again.
