He then took the luggage to the basement. Everything went smoothly during drop-off, so we left and returned in the evening to collect our luggage. However, when we came back to pick it up, the staff member did not bring the luggage out for us. Instead, he asked us to go down to the basement and pick it up ourselves. This was unexpected, especially since the staff had taken the luggage to the basement during drop-off. Overall, the check-in process was straightforward, but the luggage pickup experience could have been handled more conveniently and professionally.
