Staff was friendly and efficient. Bags were stored securely with no concerns. Pricing was very reasonable for the convenience. Booking through the app was seamless. Great for exploring the city hands-free between hotel checkout and flights. Only minor issue was slightly limited hours on weekends. Overall, highly recommend for travelers needing temporary storage. Made our last day in NYC much more enjoyable. Will use again!
