Staff were really helpful. Took our cases and gave us our tickets for them. Quick when we collected them. The cafe looked amazing too but we never got chance to try it. Will definitely use again if we are in the area.

Had a bit of time after disembarking from cruise and stored bags while visiting the 9/11 museum. Staff were friendly! I wish we had more time to sit and eat! The pastries looked amazing!

Since it was Sunday, there was no one at the reception. The elevator described wasn't working. A young man was on the lower level, which we reached via stairs. He explained to us that we should use elevator C, which is located in the adjacent building. The staff member was very friendly, even when the code in the Bounce app didn't work. Extremely friendly staff. A very good starting point.

What a great service and concept. Love it! This a great location at a gym inside an apartment building close to Wall Street. Safe, clean, and secure location. Plenty of places to eat nearby with many pubs across the street, bagel cafe and Underground Pizza half block away, or Delmonicos. Easy walk to the 9/11 memorial if you’re taking the Ferry from the Brooklyn cruise terminal. This location is just a few blocks where the ferry drops you off. Very convenient.

Found the storage place to easy to find. Clear instructions given. Elevator to basement was out or order. Went down the 2 flight of stairs .The gentleman on the reception of the gym was very helpful and showed me alternative lift for the x 2 suitcases ...would highly recommend

Just steps from the airport metro station, friendly and helpful staff, and quick, courteous service. From the outside, it's not worth a penny (it's a laundromat and tailor shop), but it's actually a great place to leave your bags on the last day of your trip after you've already checked out. Fair prices.

Very friendly and uncomplicated

It was very easy to find. Affordable. The person working was very kind and it was a very simple process. We had quite a few bags and so the stairs maybe about 6-7 stairs was a bit of a doozy for our 9 bags but it was a perfect NYC theme to end our stay.
