  • The perfect place to store luggage as we went to the 9/11 memorial. We then ate lunch here after and it was DELICIOUS!!! The people were so nice and easy to work with.

  • It was easy to drop off and pick up our luggage. The service was excellent. We had breakfast and the food was also amazing. The portions are big! Make sure you come hungry!

  • Staff were really helpful. Took our cases and gave us our tickets for them. Quick when we collected them. The cafe looked amazing too but we never got chance to try it. Will definitely use again if we are in the area.

  • Super easy, super quick. We were flying out later that day but still wanted to site see and not have to drag luggage. Would highly recommend. The place was in a cafe so a little hard to find initially. Make sure to go off of the address, there was no sign that I could see. Other than that, so easy.

  • The only thing I would change would be signage outside the restaurant that Bounce is located. A sign on the outside window near the address would be ideal. The restaurant was great too.

  • Really easy drop off and pick up. They gave a tag number for the luggage so I felt confident leaving my stuff with them. Place was really nice if I had more time I would’ve had my dinner there. Staff was friendly and kind. Not too far from the subway station definitely recommend.

  • Great location, not far from subway station. Great price and dropped off quickly, tags on our bags with tabs that we kept for secure drop off and pick up. We even stayed for lunch prior to collecting our bags, their pancakes/burgers are amazing and cookies are huge!!
