Near Lexington AveGoogle Maps - The experience is very easy… The location is within 3-5 minutes walking distance from grand central; you can see the location if you stand at the corner of Lexington and 42nd street, it’s in a cafe. Make your appointment prior to getting there, each item you leave is its own entry; what I mean by that is if you have a purse or tote bag with a suitcase you make 1 reservation with two items. Upon arrival the staff will ask you to take a photo of each item and confirm your reservation. It’s up to you to secure your items in the proper luggage, the staff just holds it until you pick it up. I left camera gear there and picked it up without any issues. The service is super convenient and affordable pricing. I def will use the service again
