There’s a white building with big numbers that say 369 Lexington Ave. and the deli is just to the left of that and the Bounce storage drop-off location is in the back of the deli. They have you write your name on a piece of tape and take a picture so you can show them which luggage is yours when you come to pick up. The whole process was smooth and everyone was friendly and they kept all my items safe and secure while I was able to cruise throughout the city without being weighed down by my luggage. Highly recommend using this service.
