Very convenient and easy

Easy process. The dropoff is at the back of the store. They did want a confirmation code, but neither the email nor the app had one (a Bounce issue, not the location). They were able to find my reservation by my email address. You take a pic of your luggage at drop off and then show them the pic at pickup. The bags were kept in a back room.

It was very easy to use! The dropoff is in the back corner of the store. We were sure to take a picture of everything we left, but there was so issue when we came back to pick it all up!

Easy to find, the girl at the front of the store told us where to go to drop off our bags, and the kid in the back gave clear instructions to take a photo of our bags, and that is what will be used to claim them later. I would say, make sure you take a pic of all your bags together, as well as an individual photo of each bag - or at least make sure that all your bags are clearly visible and identifiable in the photo because I don't think they necessarily store them all together. When we came to pick up, one of our bags was not initially brought out, so we had to show the photo again.
