Great spot!

Luggage not handled well. Guy had deli meat gloves on and sliced turkey then moved my luggage then went back to slicing turkey. I had to wipe off deli meat oils.

Need better security or get bags hidden from view

Staff was rude and demanded a confirmation number( which is fair) but wasn't willing to help find it on the app. Said you figure it out and walked away. After giving the required confirmation number, the staff asked me to take a photo of the bag at the location and that would be my only confirmation of having dropped my luggage. There was no tag put on the bag and no token given to me like how it's done at other bounce locations. So what's to prevent someone else taking my bag ?? Ridiculous, one sided, behaviour from the location.

Nice deli, friendly people

Asked to wait for bounce staff, bags were there tags attached

It would be nice to know what the procedure is ahead of time, such as where to find the dropoff, which was in a back corner at a food service counter. But my main concern was security. My suitcase was not locked away as one would expect, but stored behind a counter where it could easily be stolen. When I retrieved it, one of the cooks simply reached over and lifted it over.
