It was very easy to find. They have big sign in the back counter to where to drop off your bag. The gentleman who took our bag advice to take a photo. This may it easier when we pick it up. Friendly people, great service.

This is such a great service even if you live in Manhattan, being able to put some things down while you do your day is impeccable. Also , fhe staff is warm and friendly, always smiling and being helpful every time I’ve had an inquiry. They are flexible and reliable, if you’re in the mood you can grab a sandwich while you’re there as they have a tasty deli counter and plenty of eats to choose from as well ! Highly recommend

Drop off is at the back of the store. Sometimes it takes a few minutes if they're busy. I don't have any complaints . It's open 24/7 so it's a great choice.

The experience is very easy… The location is within 3-5 minutes walking distance from grand central; you can see the location if you stand at the corner of Lexington and 42nd street, it’s in a cafe. Make your appointment prior to getting there, each item you leave is its own entry; what I mean by that is if you have a purse or tote bag with a suitcase you make 1 reservation with two items. Upon arrival the staff will ask you to take a photo of each item and confirm your reservation. It’s up to you to secure your items in the proper luggage, the staff just holds it until you pick it up. I left camera gear there and picked it up without any issues. The service is super convenient and affordable pricing. I def will use the service again

Easy, close to Grand Central Terminal. The staff is very helpful. It's worth seeing NYC without luggage; at the end of the tour, you can eat at the same place where your luggage is stored.

It was such a help, and the place was so much fun. We had lunch there when we went to pick up the bags. The food was affordable and really good. The guys were a hoot getting our bags out of the stack. Will totally use again and just go there to eat!

Located inside the Everyday Gourment deli -- just bring your bags to the back, and they'll watch it! It was perfect for us as we were going to do the Summit, and weren't allowed to bring our luggage (it was the last stop before we headed to the airport). Perfect service!
