NY Gifts & Luggage next to the deli. Friendly staff and felt safe to leave my luggage there.

Friendly, helpful, and reassuring staff. The luggage is just kept at the back of the store, though. You are given a ticket with a number that matches your reservation, but there is no lock or separate room or anything like that, just the back of the store. So I was a bit worried when I got a notification that my reservation ended and my luggage has been picked up, but that's Bounce's fault. Good location if you don't mind the security situation, they are friendly and paying attention.
