Discover Rockefeller Center luggage storage

The owner is Korean and is kind.

This location near our Central Park hotel suited our needs and made our side trips from New York to Washington and Toronto so much easier because we didn’t need to drag the bulk of our luggage with us. Even though we were changing hotels when we returned to New York, we made the effort to get rid of the bags the day before we departed so we did not have additional stress on travel day. The shopkeeper was a very helpful and friendly guy who remembered us from the drop off day and located our luggage quickly on our return. Thanks for the great service.

Everything was great and easy to find. The guy was very friendly and the food they make was delicious.

Nice people and you can eat in the same place!

Definitely recommend

Shop keeper was so nice! They even helped me buy a new charger. Easy to show your barcode and they get your bags. Would recommend. Very centrally located.

Drop off and pick up was very easy, the staff was also very nice. Will definitely be using this service again.

This was my first time using Bounce. I enjoyed the convenience. Drop-off and pick-up were easy using the QR code on my phone to authenticate my purchase. Store attendants were responsive and friendly. I'm glad I used Bounce to hold my luggage for five hours.

Pick up was great. Staff was quick and friendly. I did use a pick up service to drop the bag off for me- he was confused with what to do to drop off even though it was in the notes pretty thoroughly.. but the staff on the pickup end was great at making sure my luggage was secured

Fast and easy. Great service!

★★★★ Great option for luggage storage near Rockefeller Center. The process was simple and convenient, and it made it much easier to enjoy the city without carrying our bags around all day. The location was very convenient for exploring Midtown, and our luggage was kept safe until we were ready to pick it up. Overall, a really helpful service and something I would use again when visiting NYC.

Super friendly and well organized!

Great place to drop off bags near subway — great food too!

Quick and easy process

Really easy to do, staff really helpful

Easy drop off and pick up. Employees were kind, quick, and professional. Highly convenient!

Perfect location for drop off. Clear signage when you walk in. Just go straight to the cashier and show them your bounce QR code, they will tag your bag and then you take it to the storage closet. Super convenient!

Both depositing and picking up my luggage went smoothly, but because I was able to receive it verbally without showing the QR code when picking it up, it wasn't marked as checked out. I contacted them and checked out.

This was a super easy and efficient process to drop off our bags for a few hours and pick them up after a Seth Meyers taping that we attended

Very easy with the QR code to drop off and pick up.

The location is excellent just avoiding the busiest area of Times Square. The staffs are a little not so prefessional.

Super handy and really friendly staff!

Thank you for offering this service! So helpful!

It was super easy to find, I left my suitcase and had no problems at all.

Easy to find, very close to the metro station that goes to the airport. I stored my luggage for 8 hours and received it without any problems.

Experience was great! I was headed to a Broadway show and needed to drop my bags somewhere. Price is very reasonable and staff was great.

Fast and pleasant experience. The workers were very kind and kept our stuff safe

It was very easy to leave my luggage; the staff knew how to proceed. Pick-up was also very straightforward. The location was very strategic for me. Making the reservation via the app was also easy.

I recommend it if you're looking for a place to store your luggage :) cheap, fast and easy

Easy to find. Was able to store bags during Broadway play.
