Absolutely great

We used Bounce during a three-day trip to New York City, and it genuinely added a new level of flexibility to our vacation. With only three days, time was tight, and we wanted to make the most of both our arrival afternoon and our departure morning. That can be difficult when you’re a party of five traveling with five different bags. Being able to arrive in New York City, drop our bags off with Bounce, and immediately go sightseeing before heading to our hotel that evening made a huge difference. On our departure day, we came back into the city, dropped off our bags, visited Top of the Rock, and then picked everything up before catching our train home. We simply would not have been able to use those parts of our trip as effectively if we had been hauling luggage around with us. The entire process was as convenient as I could have hoped. We walked in, dropped off our bags within minutes, and when we returned, picking them up was just as quick and easy. Bounce added a level of flexibility and spontaneity to our New York vacation that we otherwise wouldn’t have had. Highly recommend!

Easy, safe and very convenient

Kitchen Palace was so thorough, I was confident right away that my stuff will be safe with them. No hassle whatsoever in picking them up as well. The place is very convenient if you would like to roam around the City hands free! This place is a keeper, Bounce!!

Everything went great! Very reliable place. I left a suitcase and backpack there and paid about $10. Service and staff were excellent.

Fast Drop Off and Pickup ! Check with me what time i wanted to pick up and reminded me of their closing hours to make sure i knew to pick up before.

The overall experience was good. The location should have had some work the register while the someone else put our bags in the locked storage. We waited to see them take the bags because they had our bags sitting on the floor in the store on the other side of the counter.
