Luggage storage Rockefeller Plaza

We used Bounce during a three-day trip to New York City, and it genuinely added a new level of flexibility to our vacation. With only three days, time was tight, and we wanted to make the most of both our arrival afternoon and our departure morning. That can be difficult when you’re a party of five traveling with five different bags. Being able to arrive in New York City, drop our bags off with Bounce, and immediately go sightseeing before heading to our hotel that evening made a huge difference. On our departure day, we came back into the city, dropped off our bags, visited Top of the Rock, and then picked everything up before catching our train home. We simply would not have been able to use those parts of our trip as effectively if we had been hauling luggage around with us. The entire process was as convenient as I could have hoped. We walked in, dropped off our bags within minutes, and when we returned, picking them up was just as quick and easy. Bounce added a level of flexibility and spontaneity to our New York vacation that we otherwise wouldn’t have had. Highly recommend!

It is in the New York gift shop store, For clarification because it doesn’t say on bounce but it was a very easy process. I had gone shopping after coming into the city earlier in the day and had a bag of things I purchased. I had a show at radio city music hall & they don’t have a bag check. They gave me a number and locked it up and I came back after the show and picked it up. Very smooth.

Smooth, easy, good location (close to transportation and sites). Dropped the bags off and were out of there in 5 minutes. Pick up was also fast. Totally recommend it.

Easy to sign up on the app and our bags were stored safely for 3 or so hours while we went to the Moma.

Busy place but the staff were friendly and efficient

My flight arrived late in JFK and I had booked a radio city concert at 10 pm but I wouldn’t make in time to go to my hostel in downtown and come back to midtown, so I found about this storage service and it literally saved my night!

Easy pick up and drop off!

It was amazing, we arrived, showed the QR code, and it was super quick to drop off our bags, and retrieving them was just as easy. We loved the store and how convenient it was.

Best place to check your luggage. A reservation is required in their website. Staffs are very friendly.
