  • Very convenient location for Broadway shows and heading over to Grand Central Terminal. The 3 staff members I encountered were friendly and quick to get my bag. I even saw them have patience with a lady that came in and just handed her ticket without a greeting and said hurry, she is double parked in a tone that was unnecessary and like there was no one standing in front of her. I would use them again! I dropped off around noon and picked up at 9:45pm after a show but my reservation was until 10:30pm, those are fantastic storage hours for a Nyc day trip.

  • Easy drop-off and pick-up. Flexible owner (the Bounce app was down at the time of our pick-up preventing us to access our pin code, the owner was patient and allowed us to provide him with the pin at the pick-up, which allowed us to enjoy our day. I highly recommend this place
