This was an incredibly easy process. The staff were friendly and helpful and the store itself was very bright and clean, and the goods are beautifully arranged and maintained. I felt very comfortable leaving my bag here. When you arrive, go straight back to the counter at the rear of the store. I will use this service again.

You'll get your QR code just before you go in, go to the desk show the folks there the QR code, they take your things put it in a private room and you're done when you come back show them the QR code and the two tags that they gave you when you droped them off and you're all done. Very easy they were very polite and I will do it again

Very convenient location for Broadway shows and heading over to Grand Central Terminal. The 3 staff members I encountered were friendly and quick to get my bag. I even saw them have patience with a lady that came in and just handed her ticket without a greeting and said hurry, she is double parked in a tone that was unnecessary and like there was no one standing in front of her. I would use them again! I dropped off around noon and picked up at 9:45pm after a show but my reservation was until 10:30pm, those are fantastic storage hours for a Nyc day trip.
