Easy drop-off and pick-up. Flexible owner (the Bounce app was down at the time of our pick-up preventing us to access our pin code, the owner was patient and allowed us to provide him with the pin at the pick-up, which allowed us to enjoy our day. I highly recommend this place

Efficient, helpful service

Big souvenir store, that’s easy to locate. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Drop off and pick up was super easy, and the security measures made me feel safe about my suitcase - tagged with a number and stored away behind a (locked?) door. Added benefit - they are open till later than usual Bounce locations. I’d definitely use this option again.

A little walk but as expected. Super nice and area where stored was very safe

We had a great experience here. Book ahead online, otherwise they’ll just have you scan a code and do it in the store from your phone anyway. Staff were very nice and helpful. Who knows where the bags actually get stored, but we felt good about leaving our bag. Pickup was easy.
