Bryant ParkGoogle Maps - The location is fantastic - between Penn Station and Time Square. The bakery sells some amazing food and the staff is very friendly. When you drop off your bags there is no check-in process or tags given. You take the bags yourself to the back storage room and drop it off. They let you know right off the bat that they are not responsible for any and all missing things and if there is an issue to contact Bounce directly. That part made us a little nervous but everything was still there 6 hours later. Good all around but just wish the check-in/out process was a bit more stringent.

I even saw them have patience with a lady that came in and just handed her ticket without a greeting and said hurry, she is double parked in a tone that was unnecessary and like there was no one standing in front of her. I would use them again! I dropped off around noon and picked up at 9:45pm after a show but my reservation was until 10:30pm, those are fantastic storage hours for a Nyc day trip.
