On our departure day, we came back into the city, dropped off our bags, visited Top of the Rock, and then picked everything up before catching our train home. We simply would not have been able to use those parts of our trip as effectively if we had been hauling luggage around with us. The entire process was as convenient as I could have hoped. We walked in, dropped off our bags within minutes, and when we returned, picking them up was just as quick and easy. When you drop off your bags there is no check-in process or tags given. You take the bags yourself to the back storage room and drop it off. They let you know right off the bat that they are not responsible for any and all missing things and if there is an issue to contact Bounce directly. That part made us a little nervous but everything was still there 6 hours later. Good all around but just wish the check-in/out process was a bit more stringent.
