  • Stopped by 787 Coffee while I was in the city, and honestly, it was such a good vibe. The space feels super chill — warm, easygoing, the kind of place you could sit and talk for hours without feeling rushed. Amelia was our server and she was amazing — so friendly, patient, and just had this really calm energy about her. You can tell she actually likes what she does. She walked us through the menu and helped me pick the rum-infused cold brew, which ended up being fire. Smooth, bold, and just the right amount of kick. Everything about the experience felt intentional — from the way the coffee was made to the way we were treated. Definitely one of those cafés that sticks with you. I’ll be back for sure.
