Luggage storage Close to Port Authority Transit

amazing and convenient

I needed to check out of the hotel and found this place to leave my bags and enjoy the city a little longer. It was great!

Great idea and service!!

Very easy, in and out, the staff knows their business.

Excellent! Great service.

The best option if you don't want to carry luggage all over New York

I think it's an excellent option when we're leaving the reservation or want to be in Times Square on time. Especially since NYC involves a lot of walking. It's better to leave your luggage here safely and without worrying about it getting lost or damaged. Excellent choice.

Great service! Helpful staff! Everything was the best!

Very good, easy and quick.

EZ check-in and chevk-out. Backpack was secure behind the counter. 👍

Fast, quick, and easy. They had a locked room for our luggage, so we felt comfortable leaving it there. Would definitely use them again!

Great place. They secured my luggage safely. I felt shaky about the location but a short friendly conversation with the store clerk and I felt completely reassured. Thanks

Close to Port Authority bus terminal, fast, efficient and secure. Easy and convenient- I would recommend and definitely use this service again.

It’s is a great service!

Super close to port authority, the man was super nice and professional! Luggage is behind a closed door so I think super safe.

Thank you very much!!! Great service!

It was a one-night, two-day trip, but the hotel said they couldn't store my luggage overnight, and the tour bus only allowed one suitcase, so I was in a bit of a predicament. Then I found out about this place and used their service. It's only a 3-minute walk from the hotel, and although I dropped off my luggage early in the morning and picked it up late at night, the fact that they're open 24 hours was a huge help. It seemed like there were many other suitcases stored there besides mine. When I made a reservation, they showed me a clear map, so I found the shop right away. There were no complicated procedures, and both dropping off and picking up my luggage were quick and easy. Thank you very much. It was extremely convenient.

Very easy, smooth process and friendly service! Super convenient to Port Authority and manageable from Penn Station (I arrived at Penn Station and walked my luggage up the few blocks to drop off here, as I was departing from Port Authority later, and it was totally doable). I will gladly use them again in the future.

My first time using Bounce and was a little nervous but all the reviews were accurate! Location was perfect for my needs and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Was in and out of the store in less than 2 minutes when dropping off and picking up. Seeing cameras/monitors made me feel more at ease that my bags were safe for the day.

Easy to find, friendly staff
