It was a one-night, two-day trip, but the hotel said they couldn't store my luggage overnight, and the tour bus only allowed one suitcase, so I was in a bit of a predicament. Then I found out about this place and used their service. It's only a 3-minute walk from the hotel, and although I dropped off my luggage early in the morning and picked it up late at night, the fact that they're open 24 hours was a huge help. It seemed like there were many other suitcases stored there besides mine. When I made a reservation, they showed me a clear map, so I found the shop right away. There were no complicated procedures, and both dropping off and picking up my luggage were quick and easy. Thank you very much. It was extremely convenient.

Very easy, smooth process and friendly service! Super convenient to Port Authority and manageable from Penn Station (I arrived at Penn Station and walked my luggage up the few blocks to drop off here, as I was departing from Port Authority later, and it was totally doable). I will gladly use them again in the future.

My first time using Bounce and was a little nervous but all the reviews were accurate! Location was perfect for my needs and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Was in and out of the store in less than 2 minutes when dropping off and picking up. Seeing cameras/monitors made me feel more at ease that my bags were safe for the day.
