Location was really close to Penn station, very convenient. Bag drop was easy and efficient, he scanned the QR code and they take a pic of bag. I was leaving it for 3 days and on my return I dropped off another bag so I could enjoy last few hours in NYC. Collected both bags fast and efficiently. Very happy with the service.

Everything was really easy. They scanned the QR code, took a photo and placed the bags in a separate room. When we picked it up, he scanned the code again and let us get the bags from the room. Easy going.

First time I've ever used such a service and it worked out perfectly! Small restaurant with large storage space. Took 2 minutes to drop off and another 2 minutes to pickup. Easy without a hitch and only a few minutes from Penn Station.

Location is very close to Penn Station. There is a ramp to the front door to make it easy for rolling bags. Staff was efficient in the check in/out process, and the bags are stored in a locked room in the back of the restaurant.
