Excellent, friendly staff and safe luggage storage. The only flaw is that we were not asked for our PIN to collect our luggage.

Very smooth and quick drop-off and pick-up. Allowed me to walk to nearby museums without having to bring along my suitcases. Very convenient.

Easy drop-off and pickup, convenient for a nearby consulate appointment; the only snag was that I had to check the bag out myself online to ensure Bounce didn’t charge for extra time because the staff didn’t put in that I’d picked it up.

Great location near the MET. The process was seamless.

It was convenient, inexpensive, and making the reservation was easy. However, my luggage was just left in the entryway. It wasn't locked up and my reservation number wasn't taken. I was just told to take a picture of the number and show it when I returned. The place was a mess and the process very unprofessional. Not sure it would've been too much better at the UPS store nearby, though.

I used this location to store luggage for a few hours to visit Met before my flight late afternoon. Everything went smooth, highly recommend it.

They were very reassuring and easygoing. My only thing was my luggage was only covered by frames in the front. Kind of wished they had a separate back room to make it feel more secure. The other reviews haven’t said anything about their bags getting snatched in this location, so I presume they keep a good eye on your things.

Drop off was very easy. There was quite a line to pick up, because there was only one employee working. I would use Bounce again because it was extremely helpful.

The location was convenient, service was fast, bag was securely stored in a closet. It was all how it should be.

The storage and retrieval were both very convenient and quick, and it's also very close to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The staff told me I needed to pick it up before 5 pm, but I didn't see this information when I placed my order online. Luckily, the guided tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art ended around 4 pm.
