Left luggage here on our last day in NY to spend some time at the met before catching our flight. Process was quick, easy both leaving the bags off and picking them up again.

This was the first time using the app and it is absolutely brilliant. The people possibly owners of Copyland were fantastic. Very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend using this app and using this location. I will definitely use it again next time I’m in New York.

Great experience. They were welcoming and took my bags right away. They had customers when I came to pick up my luggage but still got my things to me quickly.

They were very reassuring and easygoing. My only thing was my luggage was only covered by frames in the front. Kind of wished they had a separate back room to make it feel more secure. The other reviews haven’t said anything about their bags getting snatched in this location, so I presume they keep a good eye on your things.
