The location is easy to find and all the employees are friendly. Attach a tag to each bag at the time of deposit, and a duplicate tag with the same number will be given to you as evidence when you pick it up. Additionally, on the advice of the store staff, I took photos of all the tags just in case I lost them. At this point, you can leave your bag without any worries! thank you!

The day before we would be boarding a bus to New York City to attend a Broadway play, we happened to find out that our backpacks would not be allowed in the theater. We had no idea what to do, until we found Bounce. We easily set up an account with Bounce and found a luggage storage site close to the theater. On the day of the show, we were running late, but it took just a couple of minutes for a very friendly store employee to check our IDs and place our bags in storage. Picking up the bags after the show was just as easy. We were delighted with the efficient service and will no doubt use it again.
