Luggage storage Next to Broadway

We had a great experience using this Bounce location. Great location next to our theater for the matinee. There was only one person working when we dropped off, but he hustled to serve his bakery customers so he could check us in. We took our luggage downstairs and he locked it into a storage closet. We felt very comfortable leaving it all at this location. After our show, the luggage pick up was even quicker. We were at the airport (via subway and bus) within 1 hour of the show letting out. Smooth and seamless luggage storage process.

When we left our bags we weren't very convinced because they left them in a room without a lock or anything, but everything went very well, they attended to us right away and everything was perfect.

This location is very convenient. Staff were friendly, the check-in was simple and fast. If you are ever in the Times Square area and need to drop off your bags for a few hours, this is the perfect location. They are open for 24 hours so that way you can stay in Times Square for a very long time.

Staff was great, location was super convenient and it felt secure! One star off because it was a little difficult to put things in the storage bc it was small and not very organized and the staff forgot/didn’t know the code for it so we had to wait until they found it upon pickup. But it worked great for us and I would still recommend it and use it again.

Friendly and helpful staff. The warehouse is located in the basement without an elevator, and customers must carry their own luggage.

Having to haul heavy luggage up and down the stairs was inconvenient.

Located inside the bakery. Download the Bounce APP to save time. You need a QR code to check in and out. I was instructed to bring my bag downstairs where it was stored in their back office. Not a locked secure area so if you have valuables, carry them with you but didnt feel unsafe. Have a staff scan your QR code when you go back take your bag or system thinks youre still storing and could charge extra time.

The stairs are little hard to handle, if you are older, or have some dissability, etc.
