  • I had a great experience storing my luggage at this location through Bounce. I was running late to a meeting right after landing at Newark Airport and this was the closest spot to drop my bags. I arrived in a bit of a rush and needed to reorganize and grab a few things from my suitcase. The staff at Hill Cleaners Inc were incredibly kind and understanding. They even let me use their fitting room to quickly change, which made all the difference. It was a smooth and helpful experience overall.

  • The store offers efficient and friendly service. However, when I realized I had validated two payments, with supporting proof from my banking app, they told me they had taken the necessary steps to cancel one of the two, but it doesn't seem to have worked, as I was charged twice instead of once. Correction: After sending an email to Bounce, I was reimbursed.

  • The place is a dry cleaner and the owner is super nice. He made all the process easy and tagged our luggage so it doesn't get missing. He placed it next to the window in the store entrance, which maybe is not the safest place, but it was kinda good because he could keep his eyes on it the whole time he was there. In summary, 10/10
