I had a great experience storing my luggage at this location through Bounce. I was running late to a meeting right after landing at Newark Airport and this was the closest spot to drop my bags. I arrived in a bit of a rush and needed to reorganize and grab a few things from my suitcase. The staff at Hill Cleaners Inc were incredibly kind and understanding. They even let me use their fitting room to quickly change, which made all the difference. It was a smooth and helpful experience overall.

Luggage storage in a dry cleaners near the Lexington metro stop (line E for JFK). We were able to enjoy our day without worries and make our last souvenir purchases. I highly recommend

Store with an efficient and friendly welcome. On the other hand, when I realized that I had validated 2 payments, with supporting proof from my banking app, they told me they had done what was necessary to cancel one of the 2, but it does not seem to have worked, because I was charged twice instead of one. Correction: After email sent to Bounce I was reimbursed.

Staff was kind and pleasant as I struggled to find QR code. Great location for us.

The place is a dry cleaner and the owner is super nice. He made all the process easy and tagged our luggage so it doesn't get missing. He placed it next to the window in the store entrance, which maybe is not the safest place, but it was kinda good because he could keep his eyes on it the whole time he was there. In summary, 10/10

Excellent customer service and the location I stored my luggage was safe.

Super easy! The clerk was friendly. He even gave us advice on how to get around the city.

It was pretty easy although we had to wait a bit as the proprietor was dealing with a customer issue. Also it was kind of expensive. Maybe I would do it again.
