The service is pretty good, you just have to be patient when explaining to the waiter.

Finding this place was a breeze, the location is perfect

Despite the number of hours booked, the owner of the Two Kids and a Dog store would have let us collect the suitcase until the store closed, very practical to be able to continue enjoying the day

The employee was great and the service was perfect.

They were very sweet and my bags were kept safe for a few hours!

Had some difficulty to find a location, there were no signs from outside. Other than that good.

Simple and easy drop off. I wish bags were in a more secure location. Appears that they are kept in a some what hidden spot towards the front of the store, rather than a back room out of sight. Also wish there was a tagging system in place instead of the worker asking which bags were ours. Overall positive experience

She was very helpful, but there was only one attendant so I had to wait for her to serve the customers. Not ideal if you're in a hurry...but the whole concept is great and it worked well
