Friendly staff at the luggage store, with a very smooth drop-off/pickup process after they confirmed my pre booking through Bounce. Luggage stored in a side room where it seems only employees have access and the gentlemen at the desk confirmed I understood the store's opening hours for pickup. Central location well situated near many subway lines, but note that during the daytime sidewalks may be quite crowded with the informal street merchants - budget more walking time than you think you need!
