Friendly staff at the luggage store, with a very smooth drop-off/pickup process after they confirmed my pre booking through Bounce. Luggage stored in a side room where it seems only employees have access and the gentlemen at the desk confirmed I understood the store's opening hours for pickup. Central location well situated near many subway lines, but note that during the daytime sidewalks may be quite crowded with the informal street merchants - budget more walking time than you think you need!

Just really nice people and you just had a good feeling. I stored my suitcase there for a week and was able to pick it up in the same condition with an extra pick-up slip. I will definitely use this app again.

5 minutes from subway station. Open late to 7:30pm. Staff was nice and friendly. Store is clean and organized. My stuff was secured and nothing missing.

We used the bounce baggage service to store our luggage bags while we roamed around SOHO. It was super easy to use and the guy at front desk was super helpful. We did not have to worry about our luggage. If you are in SoHo for visit must use bounce baggage storage serivce.

It was so easy to store my luggage here! They put it in a back room and gave me a luggage tag to exchange when I came to pick it up, which felt secure and safe. Staff was very friendly. Good location for exploring Canal St Chinatown area. Would definitely recommend this store!

The guy was very nice and friendly, he even said if we want, we can come back later to pick our luggages, he nicely explained when shop closes and ensured our luggages are safe. Shop was in a convenient location too, very happy with the service.
