This is a great service to those who arrive (very) early to NY and can't check into their AirBNB or hotel. Safe place to store your luggage or backpacks so you don't have to haul your personal belongings around NY. We didn't know such thing existed. Anthony (owner) was top notch and very accommodating.

Staff member pleasant. No problems with storage.

Staff were great and accommodating. My husband reached for our bags prematurely and was cautioned that our bags were his (the staff member) responsibility until he handed them over. 😊 It reinforced our feeling that things were very secure when we left them! We also observed how positive and helpful. We observed their interactions were similarly positive with other customers who came while we were dropping off and retrieving our bags. Highly recommend!

Friendly and efficient

The clerk at the front desk greeted me with my first name when I walked thru the door ( I was apparently the only person with a reservation at that time). I left my suitcase there and picked it up later in the day. This site was the only one where the advertised price was what you actually paid.

Another great experience with Bounce. The guy helping us was really friendly and it was fast drop off and pickup.

Both workers we met were so great and friendly, they gave us some tips of places to visit while in town. They were thorough with the check in process for our bags and verified our matching bag ticket numbers upon collection. We had 7 bags and they helped us with the door coming in and leaving with them.
