This is a great service to those who arrive (very) early to NY and can't check into their AirBNB or hotel. Safe place to store your luggage or backpacks so you don't have to haul your personal belongings around NY. We didn't know such thing existed. Anthony (owner) was top notch and very accommodating.

Staff were great and accommodating. My husband reached for our bags prematurely and was cautioned that our bags were his (the staff member) responsibility until he handed them over. 😊 It reinforced our feeling that things were very secure when we left them! We also observed how positive and helpful. We observed their interactions were similarly positive with other customers who came while we were dropping off and retrieving our bags. Highly recommend!
