We had 3 luggage pieces with us that we stored at bounce on Columbus Ave, Manhattan. Our experience was nothing but amazing from checking our luggage in and out. It is safe and secure.

So easy and super friendly!

We were in and out with no problems. Cashier was friendly and easily accepted/returned our bag. It was stored at the back of the store so no one could access it.

I made the reservation online minutes before I showed up. They found me in the system, took my bag, gave me a ticket and I was on my way. Pickup was similarly efficient. The bags are all kept at the front of the store where anyone could access them - but the front desk was never unattended, so buyer beware. I was undeterred figuring it was low risk and if someone wanted my dirty clothes and used cosmetics that bad, have at it.

The booking was easy to make but the 5 stars are really for the lady that worked in the location we dropped off at on Columbus avenue in New York. I know she doesn’t work for bounce but she was lovely and so helpful so thank you

Extremely simple, the individual at the store was very helpful. The entire process of dropping off the bags took just a couple of minutes.

So helpful and easy to leave my suitcase when I went to the Museum of Natural History when they wouldn’t let us bring a bag in.

Conveniently located and the staff was very friendly

Woman who worked at the Fedex/USPS Mon AM was wonderful! Luggage was returned as it was left. Though it was placed next to the mailboxes so not very secure.
