My wife and I were left in a difficult situation after our hotel assured us that we could store our suitcases for a few days whilst we went to a couple of other places before returning for a week only to be told that they would not store them at all. I went online and found Bounce storage and the guys a Premier Best Western were fantastic we booked a 5 day storage for two bags and dropped them of a very easy process and just the same to pick them up. The only downside was our hotel giving false information (probably to secure a booking) which then cost us an additional $200.

We personally dropped off our luggage with the receptionist in a locked room. She put labels on each piece of luggage and gave us tickets with the same numbers, which we returned in the evening to collect our luggage. Everything went very smoothly.
