Easy process and friendly staff

The staff at this location is superb; they are very kind and professional. I bounced here for two days, while I did photography and videography work at a nearby event, I left a tripod in one of my bags, and needed to get it out earlier than my scheduled pick up, and I was helped seamlessly without any backbiting, I was spoken to kindly and with respect, I sometimes deal with racism, when I go into high-end establishments because I'm young and African American, ( people can see me as a problem before I'm even able to open my mouth) at this location I only received kindness and respect in return for the same, I appreciate the staff's effort to honor character over anything else. The best experience indeed!!! ;)

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! They were able to help us get a car service to the airport when it was time to go catch our flight!

Amazing! Even after checking out, they let us wait for the Lyft in the lounge.

Very convenient time and location. Felt safe to store the baggage in hotel room rather than Gift shops ( other available locations). Opens 24 hrs which make very convenient for drop off and pickup.

GREAT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY STAFF LOCATION WAS SAFE AND SECURE. WILL USE AGAIN!!! HOWEVER…. I was double charged about 4 days later for one of my two reservations. This is not the fault of the location as everything was handled online through the app. It was smoothly sorted with my bank and not a huge deal but annoying. Didn’t happen on my previous reservations but it was alarming. Again, not the locations fault by any means and it was resolved quickly. Won’t stop me from using again but I will watch my statements.

It was great, they let us use the bathrooms, has water and they even booked us a car to the airport much cheaper than Uber. 100% recommended.

I especially liked that check-in hours lasted until late.

Good service by the check-in staff at the hotel who promptly accepted the luggage and returned it.

Amazing staff and pretty quick Check out

Perfect welcome at the depot, we were even offered a glass of lemonade. On return, very warm welcome and recovery of the suitcase without problem. A receipt is given at the deposit. This deposit is more expensive but at the top.

Needed a place to leave my bag in the city last minute and they came in clutch! Super friendly staff and the whole experience was super easy. 10/10

Excellent service. The baggage is stored in a separate room which looked safe. The receptionist was very kind - she let us charge our phones and wait in the lobby, use the bathroom. I was very satisfied with the service and definitely recommend to use this place.

Drop off and pick up was super easy. It is at the hotel. Staff was very friendly. They gave us a ticket for each piece of luggage to return when we retrieved it.
