Most convenient location to Moynihan Train Hall (one block north on Ninth Ave, near 34th) with 24/7 service. Easy dropoff and pickup with app.

Dropoff and pickup were easy. We got back earlier than expected, but appreciated the peace of mind of 24/7 service. Very convenient to Moynihan, not as much to Penn.

Great experience with leaving our luggage. My family came to the city on Amtrak and the hotel was over an hour away. To make the most of our time in the city, we were able to use Bounce Luggage Storage. And it was conveniently open 24/7! Our bags were safe and drop off/pick up was easy! Will use again!

This was very helpful to have a place to stash luggage when we wanted to see Hudson Yard, walk the Highline, and go down to the Whitney Museum. The address given was not precise because it belonged to the hotel next door to the Food Market that held the luggage. Our luggage was simply put behind the counter in the market, so it felt somewhat insecure, but it worked out fine. We could retrieve our bags quickly with a QR code. The market staff were very responsible. I would use this service again.

It was simple, very well located and good hours, the only thing is that I didn't see that they locked my suitcase, other than that it was fine and everything was in order.

Location was conveniently located and easy to find. The man working was super nice. Quick & easy process, dropping my suitcase off on the way to a Broadway show. Picked up afterwards. Felt secure, stored behind the counter. Seamless. Booked day-of, while on the bus heading back up to NYC to catch my matinee. First time using this service, and will again. Did exactly what I needed. Not too expensive either.

Only 1 issue was that the name of the business was not showing so it took us a while to find it and accidentally went next door as they had a large Bounce sign. Apart from that there were no issues
