Perfect luggage storage solution in NYC! Location at 104 Greenwich St is super convenient near downtown attractions. Drop-off and pickup process was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and efficient. Bags were stored securely with no concerns. Pricing was very reasonable for the convenience. Booking through the app was seamless. Great for exploring the city hands-free between hotel checkout and flights. Only minor issue was slightly limited hours on weekends. Overall, highly recommend for travelers needing temporary storage. Made our last day in NYC much more enjoyable. Will use again!

The perfect place to store luggage as we went to the 9/11 memorial. We then ate lunch here after and it was DELICIOUS!!! The people were so nice and easy to work with.

Drop off and pick up were very easy. Right down the road from the 9/11 memorial. Would recommend to friends / use again if in NYC.

It was easy to drop off and pick up our luggage. The service was excellent. We had breakfast and the food was also amazing. The portions are big! Make sure you come hungry!

It was in a clean and safe looking facility. The clerk was helpful and profesional. My only suggestion is that they add some signage outside of rhe building in some way. It was a little hard to find especially with the construction.

Great service! Really easy to set up and then drop off/collect luggage.

The drop off was very easy but the pickup took a bit and the workers were a bit confused; I had to wait for one specific person. Also I couldn’t really stay at the cafe after picking up my bag. Otherwise it was fine and my bags were stored safely!

The drop-off process was fine. We hadn't initially booked through Bounce. The hotel couldn't find our booking and told us we should book with Bounce. Okay, we did. Ultimately, we don't really care who gets the money. But it's still a bit odd. Our suitcases were placed in a stairwell behind reception, we were told to take photos of them, and that was it. We picked them up about three hours later. We didn't have to show anything. The only annoying thing was that we weren't informed beforehand, and I had to do it myself via the app 12 hours later.

It was okay, but I picked up my bags at 1045 and they were not marked as picked up

it went well overall, although it took a min to find the reservation. it was convenient and smooth process overall.

This place is open until 5pm. It was very close to our hotel.

The man who runs the store and held our luggage was very nice. I’m not the biggest fan that he left our items out in plain sight, but I know he was right there with our items the whole time. Our luggage also got a bit dirty.
