Very convenient location for bus journeys. It's also possible to get a hot drink while waiting outside the station. The staff are friendly. However, my bag was left all day in front of the entrance, not even hidden from visitors… luckily everything turned out alright.

Friendly staff to assist me, simply scan the QR code and the booking was done within minutes. The storage is secured behind the scene. I tried to use "NannyBag" app and it did not work.

Easy to book, dropoff and pickup. We dropped off our suitcases while exploring the Christmas markets. I was very leary of leaving my bags in a store, but we had a seamless experience. Provide your QR code to the clerk, drop off your bags and the return for pickup was the same process. For extra peace of mind, I had air tags in our bags and was able to check on them regularly. Super easy, good price, and friendly service. Would book again. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy. Convenient to train station. We fetched our bag after dark, around 6pm. There were a few people loitering outside the establishment that caused a slight bit of unease. But our experience with the luggage storage was very good.

If you need a place to ditch your belongings and luggage while exploring town, this place was first rate and easy!

It was open until late at night and close to the station (next to Toyoko Inn). They kept in touch with me, took photos, and managed the place well.

Drop off and pick up was quick and easy. My bags were left in a corner of the store with other boxes (not in a back room) so that was a little concerning, but everything was just as I’d left it when I returned. The location is about a 9 min walk from the Cathedral (away from the old town area), but a big plus was that it opens earlier than other nearby Bounce locations (including the ones more central to old town).
