We left our suitcases there, as there are unfortunately no lockers in the center. Booking and payment had to be made online for insurance purposes. Everything went smoothly. The owner was very friendly.

As other reviews said, this location was a bit difficukt to find if you don’t know what to look for. However, once you find it (it is the Mobile phone store), leaving my suitcase was easy. Part of the process is for the agent checking your luggage in to take a photo of your luggage and asking when you will pick up. The process was seamless and the workers were very nice. Picking up my luggage was the same way. Price-wise, it cost about €7 to leave 1pc of luggage for the day, which costs the same as a big locker in the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. The drawback with the train station is there might not be any free lockers, so this Bounce location was convenient! Also, it was cashless and the transaction was paid via their app.

Very straightforward luggage storage! Booking was quick and easy via the QR code at the counter, and payment was made directly online. Our suitcases were placed in the back room with the employee and photographed for security reasons, and the photo was linked to our pickup QR code – very trustworthy. Although we were initially a bit skeptical because the luggage drop-off is located in a cell phone store, everything worked perfectly. Since the luggage storage at the train station was full due to the trade fair, this was a great alternative. Highly recommended!

Good experience for luggage storage for a few hours in Frankfurt. It might confusing to locate since it is a mobile shop and the Bounce sign is quite small to the left of the door. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly.

Workers are super nice and explain how it works :) needed to put some stuff away for a couple of hours for my US Visa appointment, but didn’t have any cash (which most other places require) and found this one, easy, cheap, online payment. It’s located right crossing the street from Frankfurt Hbf. No issues at all.

It was OK. I dropped my bags off and picked them up at the arranged time. As it was in the back of a convenience store, it was staffed all day - we have to trust that the storage is secure as it relies on a back room rather than individual lockers. The location was close to the HBf (and would have been closer but for all the building work causing access issues).
