Great staff and great hospitality, they were super accommodating to us and letting us stay in their lobby for some time after our bus got delayed. Bags were in a safe location and felt confident leaving them there.

It was OK. I dropped my bags off and picked them up at the arranged time. As it was in the back of a convenience store, it was staffed all day - we have to trust that the storage is secure as it relies on a back room rather than individual lockers. The location was close to the HBf (and would have been closer but for all the building work causing access issues).

Excellent. Very close to the Flixbus station. Very close to the train station. Excellent welcome. I recommend it.

Pretty easy, I just showed my receipt, gave them my bags and reviewed a ticket with a number to return to reclaim my bags.
