Very friendly and helpful, but luggage was not labeled and all luggage in a single room

Great! We thought about leaving our luggage at Frankfurt station, but the lockers weren't working, and we found this place through Google reviews. It was a great find; the luggage is in a room behind the shop.

I liked that it was in a locked room at the back, giving me the feeling that it was strictly managed!

Excellent! We picked up our suitcase without any problems; it was exactly as we left it for 5 days. It's a tech store located right across from the exit of Frankfurt's main train station. I highly recommend it!

Don't bother with the old lockers at Frankfurt station; we took the tram and arrived at this place where they stored our backpacks and we were able to enjoy a few hours in the city. It's not a private place; they leave them in an office, but everything was fine and in order.

I dropped it off and picked it up, no problem. The area wasn't very appealing, but it was 10 euros less than at the central station for four backpacks. But that was at Big Mama, not here, so I don't know what Google is asking me.

Great to be able to leave your luggage in a safe place near the train station. All the luggage lockers were full at train station, so really good that we were able to leave it nearby.

The staff led me to a separate room next to the coffee shop and locked it, for safety reasons. They understood that it would take a little longer since I wasn't inside the shop.

It was super quick and easy and the shop knew what they were doing to make sure the bags were safe and corresponded to the correct people - easy check in and check out

There wasn't really a luggage locker, just a storage room where everything was kept. That didn't inspire much confidence, but in the end everything worked out and we were able to retrieve our luggage safely.

They allowed me to retrieve my belongings from my checked luggage! Their service was excellent, and I'm very satisfied!
