Easy to book, dropoff and pickup. We dropped off our suitcases while exploring the Christmas markets. I was very leary of leaving my bags in a store, but we had a seamless experience. Provide your QR code to the clerk, drop off your bags and the return for pickup was the same process. For extra peace of mind, I had air tags in our bags and was able to check on them regularly. Super easy, good price, and friendly service. Would book again. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy. Convenient to train station. We fetched our bag after dark, around 6pm. There were a few people loitering outside the establishment that caused a slight bit of unease. But our experience with the luggage storage was very good.

Great to be able to leave your luggage in a safe place near the train station. All the luggage lockers were full at train station, so really good that we were able to leave it nearby.

Very convenient location for bus journeys. It's also possible to get a hot drink while waiting outside the station. The staff are friendly. However, my bag was left all day in front of the entrance, not even hidden from visitors… luckily everything turned out alright.

Great location, nice staff, complete with any amenities you might need for purchase. Highly recommend!!

At first I thought my luggage was a little too exposed to everyone else coming to the café, but the process was smooth and my luggage was in the exact same position as I left it after a whole day. Would definitely recommend.

It was OK. I dropped my bags off and picked them up at the arranged time. As it was in the back of a convenience store, it was staffed all day - we have to trust that the storage is secure as it relies on a back room rather than individual lockers. The location was close to the HBf (and would have been closer but for all the building work causing access issues).

very convenient for those going to the station in the center of Frankfurt and with a "security" mechanism more secure than others: they give you a coupon or to bring back to collect your luggage, much appreciated, friendly staff.
