Very good and safe place for leaving our luggage!

My experience to leave My lugage was good. It was very simple and worked pretty fine.

As other reviews said, this location was a bit difficukt to find if you don’t know what to look for. However, once you find it (it is the Mobile phone store), leaving my suitcase was easy. Part of the process is for the agent checking your luggage in to take a photo of your luggage and asking when you will pick up. The process was seamless and the workers were very nice. Picking up my luggage was the same way. Price-wise, it cost about €7 to leave 1pc of luggage for the day, which costs the same as a big locker in the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. The drawback with the train station is there might not be any free lockers, so this Bounce location was convenient! Also, it was cashless and the transaction was paid via their app.

Very straightforward luggage storage! Booking was quick and easy via the QR code at the counter, and payment was made directly online. Our suitcases were placed in the back room with the employee and photographed for security reasons, and the photo was linked to our pickup QR code – very trustworthy. Although we were initially a bit skeptical because the luggage drop-off is located in a cell phone store, everything worked perfectly. Since the luggage storage at the train station was full due to the trade fair, this was a great alternative. Highly recommended!

Good experience for luggage storage for a few hours in Frankfurt. It might confusing to locate since it is a mobile shop and the Bounce sign is quite small to the left of the door. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly.

I really like the availability to leave my luggage temporarily somewhere while traveling. They are convenient, safe, and reliable. The staff are professional, friendly, and efficient.

Workers are super nice and explain how it works :) needed to put some stuff away for a couple of hours for my US Visa appointment, but didn’t have any cash (which most other places require) and found this one, easy, cheap, online payment. It’s located right crossing the street from Frankfurt Hbf. No issues at all.

Very friendly, helpful but also very professional service too ensuring that bags are logged and are placed in a secure location. I was very comfortable leaving my bags there and would do so again.

They were very help full with storing my odd sized Bike Box. Friendly staff and great location. Upon pickup I was allowed to pack my bike in the store so I wouldn't have to do that outside. It really made bringing my bike from overseas worth it.

It was very close to the station which was excellent for us. Also the luggage were stored safely and reliably.

All the lockers at Frankfurt Central Station were full, and I wanted to take a city tour without luggage, of course. It's about a 5-minute walk from the main exit, booked online in a minute, and dropped off at reception and picked up was no problem. Okay, you pay a bit more than at the station, but the price is completely reasonable (suitcases with a fee of about €10).
