Friendly staff to assist me, simply scan the QR code and the booking was done within minutes. The storage is secured behind the scene. I tried to use "NannyBag" app and it did not work.

Super convenient for visiting the Christmas market in Frankfurt. I took advantage of my 8-hour layover, took the subway to the city center, left my luggage, and was able to walk around calmly before returning to the airport.

Easy-to-find, convenient location right in the heart of Frankfurt! The shop employees were quick, efficient, and kind — they even let me re-pack my bags on a table in the store. Bags are stored in a closed closet, out of sight and seemingly secure. The cost is not cheap — over 7 euros — but it was worth it for peace of mind and location.

Correct and effective treatment.

Drop off and pick up was quick and easy. My bags were left in a corner of the store with other boxes (not in a back room) so that was a little concerning, but everything was just as I’d left it when I returned. The location is about a 9 min walk from the Cathedral (away from the old town area), but a big plus was that it opens earlier than other nearby Bounce locations (including the ones more central to old town).
