  • Was a very smooth process, friendly staff. Took me awhile to find the store (it's about 5 minutes walk after exited Frankfurt (Main) Gateway Gardens train station) as I am not that familiar with the area but nonetheless, it was a very good experience, I even bought a cabin luggage at a good price from them when I collected my checked-luggage.

  • Really great experience. Easy to get from the airport. Friendly personnel. Just one negative comment: when receiving the address would be very useful to know the exact business name. On same address there are (usually) multiple businesses so is confusing and I wasted bit of time to figure it out.
