I really like the location, as it was just around the corner from my accommodation. The staff were professional, efficient, and friendly. My luggage was just as I left it. I greatly appreciate the availability of these storage facilities.

We arrived at the hotel without any problems and the staff was very friendly and fast. They gave us a receipt for each bag and accompanied us to the room where they are stored. Picking up was just as easy. If we return to Frankfurt we will leave our bags there again.
